For one, Han-Pul is not a sport karate. For another, Han-Pul practitioners do not have kata or tournaments. Han-Pul does not concentrate on power and contact only. Instead, it teaches Han-Pul students to focus and learn proper technique. Han-Pul practitioners are people who come from various backgrounds and ages.
